Service Technician

POSITION SUMMARY: Effective Service Technicians work with customers in a pleasant, courteous way. They are called upon to be controlled in their behavior in order to defuse troublesome situations. This requires good listening abilities, sound knowledge of equipment gained through experience on the job and being able to accurately diagnose problems with equipment. This process entails providing explanations and training of customer operators in order to solve problems on a long term basis. Service Technicians are also required to portray a positive image of Wisconsin Document Imaging through appearance and mannerisms.

The person in this position must have a good driving record, be insurable for our corporate insurance carrier and possess a valid drivers license at all times.

The hours covered are 8:00 am to 5 pm daily.
